Returns and exchanges of accessories can only be made to Country Living Co. within 30 days of purchase if the product purchased is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Your original purchase invoice is also required. All freeze dryer unit purchases are final sale.

All shipping rates will be calculated before final purchase. Rates may vary depending upon your location.
Free in-store pickup is available by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.
WARRANTY
Harvest Right offers a limited three-year warranty on all freeze dryers for defective components. Upon the purchase of your freeze dryer unit, you will receive a warranty that you must fill out and send back to Harvest Right within three months of your purchase. Country Living Co. does not accept returns of used or broken products, nor do we return defective products covered by your warranty. In order to receive a refund of a broken or defective product covered by your warranty, you must contact Harvest Right directly.
